Clover Health Investments – Shares jumped another 18% and are on course to hit all-time highs for the second straight morning, individual traders on online discussion forums pumping up the stock a day after they sent it soaring about 86%. The short interest in CLOV is a very high 36%.
Wendy’s Co – Also active for the second straight session, CNBC’s Jim Cramer commented on yesterday’s move saying Wall Street Bets is flexing its muscle after putting a different trading strategy to work in Wendy’s Tuesday. The “Mad Money” host said “Now they’re spreading their wings, even into an institutional favorite like Wendy’s with a very low short position,”. Without the help of a short squeeze, Wendy’s shares rallied almost 26% to a record after Reddit users endorsed the stock in a popular investing forum.
ContextLogix – ContextLogix Inc. is adding more than 30% premarket on heavy volume, the recent Nasdaq addition is set to have its lockup expiration this coming Monday June 14th. “WISH” was among the most mentioned stocks on WSB Tuesday.
Lordstown Motors – Shares of electric truck maker are looking to bounce after yesterday’s slide, the company submitted an amended full year 2020 report mid-afternoon yesterday that contained doubts about its ability to continue as a going concern in the regulatory filing. “We believe that our current level of cash and cash equivalents are not sufficient to fund commercial scale production and the launch of sale of such vehicles” – Lordstown.
Mind Medicine Inc – J.R. Rahn, the Company’s co-founder and chief executive officer, is stepping down as chief executive officer and a director, and that its chief development officer, Robert Barrow, will assume the position of chief executive officer with immediate effect.

SPI Energy Co – California based Phoenix Motorcars, a global renewable energy and group company of SPI Energy Ltd. announced it has started series production of its first third-generation drivetrain products. The first three units were completed out of the Ontario facility recently, ready for delivery to customers. Phoenix Motorcars, is one of the earliest medium-duty electric vehicle manufacturers, celebrating over 2.3MM electric miles driven and has over 45 fleet customers. Phoenix launched its first electric drivetrain in 2009 and sold its first commercial EV in 2014.

Marqeta Inc – The U.S. payments startup which counts the likes of Uber and Stripe among existing backers, on Tuesday priced its initial public offering (IPO) well above the target range to raise $1.2 billion. Marqeta sold 45.45 million shares at $27 per share. It had earlier set a price range of $20 to $24 a share. The stock will trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol MQ.
