Boeing Co – The plane maker confirmed aftermarket yesterday its currently working with multiple global flight regulators including the FAA and Chinese agencies on efforts to safely return the 737 MAX to service around the world. Bloomberg reported late yesterday Chinese aviation officials have expressed willingness to conduct flight tests on Boeing Co’s 737 MAX, potentially paving the way for the fastest-selling jet’s return in China.

Meme Stocks – The group back on watch after Thursday’s late session impressive rally that saw retail traders step back in buying the week long dip in most of these names in a big way. Shares of AMC Entertainment added 6.37% yesterday after starting the holiday-shortened week in a nosedive, yesterday’s sudden potent rally that once again appears to be fueled by Reddit chatter and Twitter hashtags saw the shares almost erase their weekly loss entirely before falling back a bit at the close. XELA, MRIN, CARV, NEGG, BSQR are also among premarket most actively traded names. CARV was the most discussed stock in messages on retail social media platform Stocktwits, with nearly 94.45% reflecting positive sentiment toward the bank’s shares.

Nio Inc – Shares are set to extend gains from Thursday’s session after the Chinese electric-car maker’s President Qin Lihong said NIO plans to have 4,000 battery swapping stations operating globally by 2025. The comments were made the company’s inaugural Power Day. The overall number includes aiming for 700 battery swapping stations by end of 2021, the company’s drive-through battery swapping stations allow drivers to effortlessly change the battery in their cars. Nio shares remain well off recent highs after company said it had delivered 21,896 vehicles in Q2, more than double from the same period last year.

Didi Global – The ride hailing company’s shares are set to rise for the first time in five days, up about 3% premarket. MSCI confirmed after market yesterday it will proceed with Didi’s addition to large cap segment of MSCI Global Standard indexes and MSCI China All Shares indexes as of July 14 close. MSCI also says it will continue to monitor any liquidity and trading impact on Didi’s shares following a cybersecurity review.

Square Inc – The payments company has confirmed it will make a hardware wallet for bitcoin, the announcement came shortly before U.S. Senator Elizabeth Warren flagged growing risks posed to consumers and financial markets by the cryptocurrency market. Last month, CEO Jack Dorsey hinted in a tweet that the company was considering creating a non-custodial hardware wallet for bitcoin.
