Boeing Co – Boeing Co BA.N has asked 16 of its customers to address a potential production issue related to an electrical power system in certain 737 MAX jets prior to further operations, the U.S. planemaker said on Friday. Boeing said it wants those customers to check and verify if a sufficient ground path exists for a component of the electrical power system in some affected 737 MAX jets with specific tail numbers.

Levi Strauss – Reported better than expected fiscal first-quarter earnings and sales despite ongoing store closures due to the pandemic. The company also raised guidance for the first half of the year and said it was raising its dividend. Levi Strauss earned $143 million, or 35 cents a share, in the quarter ended February 2021. Adjusted for one-time items, Levi Strauss earned 34 cents a share. Sales fell 13% to $1.3 billion.

Netflix Inc – Shares will be looking to extend gains from late in the session yesterday that followed a Wall Street Journal report stating the streaming platform had signed a multi-year agreement for domestic streaming rights to Sony Pictures Entertainment’s theatrical movies, including upcoming “Spider-Man” Films. The deal is said to begin with Sony Pictures’ 2022 movie slate.

Tesla Inc – Has increased the price of Model 3 and Model Y again in the U.S., according to EV news site Electrek. The report says it is the fourth time Tesla changed price for its vehicles this year, the company also updated the interior of its U.S.-made Model 3 vehicles, by introducing a new door trim that matches the dashboard.

AT&T Inc – Down in the premarket after announcing it will record a $2.8 billion pension-related gain in the first quarter. In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, AT&T said due in part to recent restructuring actions, it expects total pension distributions to exceed the threshold of service and interest costs in 2021.

The9 Ltd – The company has signed a memorandum of understanding that will see it purchase bitcoin mining machines through the issuance of Class A ordinary shares. The company will issue ~8.13 mln Class A ordinary shares at $24.81, with a lock-up period of 6 months. The purchase deal consists of 2,000 units of Avalon Miners, a bitcoin mining machine, with a total hash rate of ~100PH/S (one quadrillion hashes per second).

Celcuity Inc – Higher this morning on news the company signed a deal with Pfizer Inc for global exclusive rights to develop and sell Pfizer’s gedatolisib, a breast cancer drug candidate currently in early-stage clinical trials. CELC says it paid an upfront license fee of $5 mln in cash and $5 mln of common stock, additionally, PFE eligible to receive up to $330 mln in milestone payments and tiered royalties on the drug’s potential sales.
