Chinese ADRs – Showing big strength as a group premarket on further comments from the Chinese government suggesting it will actively attract foreign investment while further boosting reopening procedures. The stocks have enjoyed a week long rally also getting a boost from hopes China’s easing crackdown on its internet sector and tech giants following a report that Chinese regulators were concluding probes into ride-hailing giant Didi Global Inc and other firms boost sentiment. DIDI Global – Also trading higher premarket on separate reports the company may be set to enter the EV space, Reuters is reporting that the Chinese ride hailing giant is in talks with state-backed Sinomach Automobile to buy a third of its electric-vehicle unit.

Roku Inc – Up this morning on reports from Business Insider that Netflix could be interested in a possible deal for the streaming device company. The company reportedly recently closed a stock trading window for its staff; reports suggest inside Roku talk is said to be heating up about an acquisition by Netflix.

Novavax – Reopened, up sharply premarket but already well off highs after advisers to the Food and Drug Administration overwhelmingly backed the use of its COVID-19 vaccine, bringing the shot a step closer to a U.S. launch. The stock tumbled about 20% on Friday after the heath regulator’s reviewers flagged concerns of a type of heart inflammation following the vaccination, adding uncertainty over the outcome of Tuesday’s meeting.

DocuSign Inc – Higher premarket after the company announced an expanded global strategic partnership with Microsoft Corp that will see further Cloud integrations and capabilities across Microsoft’s business solutions with the aim to accelerate how people collaborate and come to agreement in the anywhere economy. DOCU is set to report earnings aftermarket Thursday.

Tesla Inc – Higher premarket after again holding the key $700 support level Tuesday, aftermarket yesterday China’s BYD said it is preparing to supply Tesla with batteries “very soon”, a senior company executive told state media. BYD, the world’s biggest manufacturer of the fleet including electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids, has been working on to supply batteries to other automakers including Toyota.
