DIDI Global – The China-based ride-hailing company shares are higher following a Bloomberg reporter tweeting that Beijing may be looking to take the company under state control. DIDI shares have been roiled by a regulatory crackdown after their New York IPO in June. Chinese regulators on Thursday summoned 11 ride-hailing firms including Didi to a meeting to discuss points of concern in the sector. Didi in late July denied a media report that it was considering going private to placate Chinese authorities and compensate investor losses.

Pagerduty Inc – Trading solidly higher premarket after the SaaS company reported Q2 revenue above expectations and smaller-than-feared loss after markets closed on Thursday. At least five brokerages also raised the price target on co’s stock, with Baird and Berenberg at a Street high of $60.

Squeeze Stocks – Lower volume and activity premarket for the second straight session, shares of IT services company Shere 3D topped the volume and volatility lists yesterday quickly soaring 27% after being the latest stock to be promoted on twitter and other social media platforms. DocuSign Inc – Higher after reporting quarterly adjusted earnings of 47 cents​​ per share for its latest quarter vs mean expectation of eighteen analysts for the quarter was for earnings of 40 cents per share. Revenue rose 49.6% to $511.84 million from a year ago; analysts expected $485.27 million. DocuSign Inc’s reported EPS for the quarter was a loss of 13 cents​.
