Virgin Galactic – Shares of SPCE are trading higher premarket as they will attempt to launch their next test spaceflight on July 11, carrying founder Sir Richard Branson. This gives Branson a chance to beat fellow billionaire Jeff Bezos to space with Blue Origin. SPCE shares recently tested all time highs after an FAA approval. livestream of the flight will be available on YouTube Twitter and facebook.
Li Auto – Shares trading down almost 2% in the premarket as the Chinese EV company reported last month, it delivered 7,713 units of its the Li One SUV. This is its only model on the market and was more than rival Xpeng’s total, which came in just over 6500 but less than NIo who delivered over 8000 for the first time ever.
Krispy Kreme – Begins day 2 of trade after a successful debut that saw it rise by 23.5%. It priced its initial public offering of 29.4 million shares at $17 a piece. That’s well below the $21 to $24 it was seeking though it reached that $21 mark at the close.
Marin Software – Once again leads the meme stock group up 12.8% after reaching a 5 year high in yesterdays trading. No other significant news. Other meme names such as AMC are trading flat in the premarket.
Tesla – The leading EV maker is expected to report its Q2 production and delivery numbers in the coming days. Analysts are projecting the carmaker to deliver a record 200,258 vehicles, according to Refinitiv, this compares with 184,800 vehicles delivered in Q1 driven by China sales. In additional news a driver claims their Model S Plaid model burst into flame while the owner was driving, just three days after it was delivered. Tesla did not have an immediate comment.
DiDi Global – The recent IPO is trading down over 8% as China announces cybersecurity review just days after IPO.
Context Logic – Shares under pressure again as Evercore ISI cut shares of WISH to an outperform rating in a research note released on Thursday. This follows a significant decline in yesterdays trade.
CureVac – The German drugmaker’s is down 4.1% in the premarket, adding to Thursday’s 7.7% loss. That followed news that its Covid-19 vaccine saw 48% efficacy in updated study results, only slightly improved from initial results.
Eco Wave Power – Trading up 90% premarket after Yesterday priced its initial public offering Nasdaq in the US at USD 8.00 apiece, below the indicative price range of USD 10.00-12.00. The Sweden-based marine energy company will raise USD 8 million in gross proceeds by offering 1 million American depositary shares (ADSs), representing a total of 8 million shares of EWPG’s common stock. The firm has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to buy up to 150,000 additional ADSs to cover any over-allotments.
TAT Technologies – Trading up over 50% as it signed an additional new strategic MRO and lease agreement with Honeywell for the maintenance repair and overhaul of Honywell’s 131 Series of Auxiliary Power Units.
