Ford Motor Co – In a filing late Friday announce the sale of an additional 7 million shares of electric carmaker Rivian for about $188.2 million, or $26.88 apiece, the U.S. automaker said in a filing on Friday. Ford now holds 86.9 million shares in the California-headquartered company. The electric-car maker earlier slashed its planned 2022 production in half to 25,000 vehicles.

Netflix Inc – Higher premarkets after Wedbush raises rating on stock to “outperform” from “neutral” saying “NFLX is positioned to exceed its guidance for Q2, particularly because of the staggered release date for Ozark”.
Sofi Technologies – Solid day Friday trading higher premarket after Piper Sandler raised its rating on the stock to “Overweight” from “Neutral” but also cut its PT to $10 from $12.
Carvana – Highly shorted name trading higher on volume after increased its forecast significantly for core earnings for 2023. In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Carvana also detailed its plans to cut costs.
Peloton Interactive – Huge rally Friday looking for a third straight positive showing, an SEC filing on Friday showed investment firms Sachem Head Capital Management and Soros Fund Management exited their positions in Peloton during the first quarter as the stock tumbled, Sachem Head sold 1.65 million shares some time during the first quarter.
Nio Inc – Higher premarket after BofA upgraded the stock to “Buy” from “Neutral” with a $26 PT. The company also announced its 500th vehicle delivery in Norway 1 year after launching in the country.
Digital World Acquisition Corp – Along with Trump Media announced the filing of a registration statement in connection with the business combination, said the company still expects the deal to close in the second half of 2022.
Data Storage Corp – Micro cap cyber security firm reported a 236% increase in revenue and also said it plans to achieve profitability in the First Quarter of 2022.
