Microsoft Corp – Shares of the tech giant are higher premarket after announcing late Tuesday it will conduct up to a $60 bln share buyback program. MSFT also raised its quarterly dividend by 11%, and appointed co president Brad Smith as vice chair. MSFT said the buyback program has no expiration date and may be terminated at any time.
Crypto Stocks – Bouncing back as a group this morning after a volatile start to the month, COIN shares will be closely watched on Tuesday SEC Chairman Gary Gensler, attended a Senate hearing in which he discussed his agency’s stance on cryptocurrency and crypto exchanges. During the hearing, Senator Elizabeth Warren asked Gensler about the difficulty of withdrawing cryptocurrency investments in the event of a market crash and cryptocurrency exchange outages. Crocs Inc – Shares soared as much as 15 per cent to a record high Tuesday after the footwear retailer said it expects its revenue to climb to more than US$5 billion by 2026. Crocs, which analysts project will post sales of US$2.27 billion this year, is forecasting an annual growth rate of more than 17 per cent for the next four years. CROX also announced it will repurchase $1b of its own shares by the end of the year.
Casino Stocks – Under pressure for a second straight day after U.S. casino operators with operations in Macau tumbled Tuesday after the Macau government proposed to revise the city’s gaming law, tightening direct supervision of casinos in the world’s largest gambling hub. Macau’s secretary for economy and finance said there were still some deficiencies in industry supervision. J.P. ON Holdings – The Swiss performance sportswear brand On priced its roughly $750m initial public offering of 31,100,000 Class A ordinary shares at a public offering price of $24.00 per share aftermarket yesterday. The stocks is set to make its debut on the NYSE today under the symbol ONON.

SoFi Technologies – Trading higher after the fintech company’s stock was initiated by Mizuho analysts, beginning coverage with a “buy” rating and a $28 price target compared with Tuesday’s close of $14.50.
