CrowdStrike Holdings – The cloud based cybersecurity company reported profit and revenue that handily beat estimates and fiscal 2023 guidance for CRWD stock that came in well above expectations. earnings came in at 30 cents a share, up 130% from a year earlier, on an adjusted basis. Also, revenue jumped 63% to $431 million, including acquisitions, the company said. Analysts had projected CrowdStrike earnings of 20 cents on revenue of $411 million for the period ended Jan. 31. A year earlier, the cybersecurity firm earned 13 cents a share on revenue of $265 million. CRWD’s outlook also topped expectations.

Asana Inc – Set to open at a nine-month low after forecasting a larger-than-expected loss in Q1 on Wednesday after markets close. Expects Q1 NON-GAAP loss per share between 35 cents and 36 cents, compared with analysts’ average expectation of a loss of 27 cents, per Refinitiv IBES data. ASAN’s Q4 loss also widened to $90 mln or 48 cents per share, from $61.5 mln or 39 cents a year ago. However, co beat Q4 earnings estimate; forecast Q1 and full-year 2023 revenue above analysts’ average expectation.

Tesla inc – Down sharply after once again raising prices of its U.S. Model Y SUVs and Model 3 Long Range sedans by $1,000 each and some China-made Model 3 and Model Y vehicles by 10,000 yuan ($1,582.40), according to its website. The U.S. price of the EV maker’s Model Y Long Range car has jumped 20% from January 2021, along with a 10.6% hike for its Model 3 Long Range sedan during the same period.

Rivian Automotive – Trading higher premarket after touching fresh all-time lows yesterday, the company is set to report earnings after the bell tonight.

JD.NQ -7.29% – Fresh 52wk lows yesterday, posted a quarterly loss as its operational costs surged, and reported its weakest revenue growth in six quarters amid slowing consumer spending, sending shares in the Chinese e-commerce firm down 6 percent in premarket trade. Overall however its net revenue rose about 23 percent to 275.9 billion yuan ($43.64 billion) in the fourth quarter, while analysts had expected revenue of 274.45 billion yuan, according to IBES data from Refinitiv.
